Ashton Kutcher is training kids for a 5K after running NYC marathon

Start ’em young!
Just one week after actor Ashton Kutcher completed the New York City Marathon, he’s already looking to expand his team by two.
The 44-year-old is apparently already training his two children; daughter Wyatt, 8, and son Dimitri, 5, for a 5K, according to his wife, Mila Kunis.
“Now they’re going to start,” Kunis, 39, told People. “They want to run a 5K and today he started training our kids to run. They did a half-mile run today. It’s very cute.”
Kutcher was one of the big names — such as actress Ellie Kemper and former NFL player Tiki Barber — who took part in the Nov. 6th race.
He finished in just under 4 hours as Kunis and their kids cheered from the sideline.
“He nailed it,” Kunis added. “He did awesome. It’s amazing for kids to watch their parents go through it, because it’s not easy. It takes a toll on your body, and so our kids got to see him overcome all of this. It was very cool.”
But even though the other three members of her family are now frequent runners, Kunis noted that she won’t be following suit anytime soon.
“I can lie and be like, ‘Absolutely!’,” the “Luckiest Girl Alive” star said. “But I’m not.”
Kutcher announced plans to run the marathon back in August when he partnered with Peloton on the “Our Future Selves” campaign.
Kutcher said he decided to take part in the race in a bid to raise money and awareness and celebrate the 10-year anniversary of his nonprofit, Thorn, which builds technology to defend children from sexual exploitation.
Special guests included Kim Kardashian, Natalie Portman, Kenny Chesney, and others, all of whom ran alongside Kutcher on the Peloton Tread.
