Ex-Hunter Biden biz partner hails GOP probe into first son’s deals

Hunter Biden’s former business associate Tony Bobulinski has hailed the forthcoming House Republican investigation into the first family’s business dealings, insisting that Americans will be “shocked” by the evidence turned up.

The Navy veteran told Fox News on Thursday that the probe announced Thursday by the incoming chairs of the House Oversight and Judiciary committees meant Americans no longer just have to “take my word for it.”

Bobulinski has long accused President Biden of being directly entangled in a plot to make millions of dollars as part of Bobulinski and the first son’s 2017 SinoHawk Holdings venture with the Chinese state-owned energy company CEFC.

“Hunter Biden, in his own words, [has said] he is putting his entire family’s family legacy on the line to do business with the Chinese Communist Party [via] CEFC,” Bobulinski told the outlet.

“He says that in his own words, in numerous text messages and other things I’ve provided both to the FBI and other whistleblowers.”

Bobulinski has also identified Joe Biden as “the big guy” referenced in emails related to the Chinese deal that were uncovered on the first son’s infamous abandoned laptop, which were revealed by The Post in October 2020.

“The good news is Congressman [James] Comer and Congressman [Jim] Jordan have troves of documents that will corroborate all this – but 1,000%, Joe Biden ‘the big guy’,” Bobulinski said Thursday.

Bobulinski, who spoke to the FBI in October 2020 and handed over encrypted messages, emails and financial documents related to the Biden deals, said it was “crazy that we’re actually still talking about this two years after I’ve come public.”

“The good news for the American people is not only have I come forward, but in the last variety of months, multiple whistleblowers have come forward with a whole trove of facts that corroborate everything I’ve said, as well as add incremental information to it,” he told Fox.

“And I think the American people are going to see those facts. I think they’re going to be shocked by those facts. And hopefully justice is served.”

Bobulinski’s remarks came just hours after Comer and Jordan revealed their first order of business after Republicans regained control of the House would be probing the Biden family.

They said they would examine whether the president “is a security risk and whether he is compromised by foreign governments” in connection with Hunter’s deals.

“Our investigation is about Joe Biden,” Comer said. “Was Joe Biden directly involved with Hunter Biden’s business deals and is he compromised? That’s our investigation.”

“We’re not trying to prove Hunter Biden is a bad actor,” Comer added. “He is.”

The lawmakers also accused Biden of lying when the commander-in-chief repeatedly stated he had no knowledge of his son’s activities.

“Joe Biden told the American people he had nothing to do with and never had conversations with his family about their business dealings. That was a lie,” Comer said. “To be clear, Joe Biden is the ‘big guy.’”
