Catherine Zeta-Jones compares daughter Carys to Wednesday Addams

Catherine Zeta-Jones doesn’t just play Morticia Addams on TV — she’s been raising her own version of Wednesday Addams at home, as well.

The actress — who stars as the Addams family matriarch in Netflix’s “Wednesday” — hilariously compared her now-19-year-old daughter, Carys, to the iconic character in a throwback video posted to Instagram Thursday.

“Carys, my real daughter as a little girl. 🤣,” the Oscar winner, 53, captioned footage of her youngest child onstage at a recital.

“I have had a Wednesday Addams in my life for 19 years and 9 months.🤣,” she continued. “Morticia and I love you my little rain cloud🖤.”

In the social media upload, Carys wore a striped tee and smudged eyeliner as her classmates sang a “Meow” song.

The somber little one appeared unimpressed, eventually making eye contact with her mom and pulling a funny face.

“Somebody was not amused! 🤭,” one of Zeta-Jones’ followers commented on the video.

“You’ve been preparing for this Morticia role for a long time lol,” another Instagram user added, while a third called the footage “gold.”

News broke in August that Zeta-Jones, who also shares 22-year-old son Dylan with husband Michael Douglas, had been cast in “Wednesday.”

The eight-episode series dropped in November, with the actress calling it “a wonderful way to kick off the Holiday Season.”

“My grandmother, my guardian angel … knew the Addams family,” Zeta-Jones told InStyle in September. “And my niece, who’s 7 years old, knows the Addams family.

“I’m hoping that they continue with Wednesday’s story forever, so I can grow old playing Morticia. Nothing would make me more happy than to be 80 years old and still playing Morticia.”
