Sandra Bullock lists California avocado farm for $6M

Sandra Bullock has made some dramatic real estate moves in the last few years as she looks to sell off her West Coast real estate portfolio in order to move to the East Coast, The Post has learned.

After unloading a Hollywood Hills home in 2018 and a West Hollywood condo earlier this year, the “Miss Congeniality” actress is now listing her 91-acre hilltop avocado farm outside San Diego.

The move comes after Bullock, 58, also put her Malibu home up for rent at $30,000 per month. She also purchased a Beverly Hills home last year for $2.7 million with the intent to rent it out.

“She is looking for a farm closer to her sister on the East Coast,” Alan Long, a friend of Bullock and one of the realtors on the listing, told The Post.

Pegged as a “sanctuary,” the estate is listed at $6 million and features several walking trails with groves of organic avocado and citrus trees.

Comprising three separate lots, the first lot holds a renovated, roughly 6,000 square feet single-story adobe ranch.

The ranch features a Creston Smart Home system, six indoor fireplaces, three outdoor fireplaces and a gated central courtyard with flowering vines and a fountain, the listing notes. Other features include an eat-in gourmet kitchen, four ensuite bedrooms with bathrooms and a saltwater pool and spa.

According to Long, Bullock has expanded the ranch by adding the pool, walking paths and importing ancient olive trees.

“The good bones of the main residence were there but [it has been] transformed to the open and inviting hacienda it is now,” Long explained, adding that the estate boasts “views that call Tuscany to mind.”

It also has a walk-in chicken coop, 1,200 high-quality Dusa/Hass organic avocado trees and an electric/solar charging station.

The second lot is reserved as a home-building site and currently houses a barn with a horse corral.

Spanning 30 acres, the third lot features a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with several outbuildings. The listing notes an option that the estate can be sold without the purchase of lot three.

“The owner’s theme was not motivated by profit but to create a secluded retreat for family and friends to gather and play away from the bustle of urban life,” Long said. “To spend some private time, commune with nature for a while, pick a lemon or lime from the family orchard…and relax.”

Long of Avenue 8, Kay O’Hara of HomeSmart Realty West and Melissa Russell of Willis Allen Real Estate share the listing.

Meanwhile, Bullock still holds a 15-home real estate portfolio.

The “28 Days” and “The Blind Side” star also owns homes in Austin, Texas; New York City; New Orleans; Jackson Hole, Wyoming plus an additional $16.2 million home in Beverly Hills. She previously owned a home in Sunset Beach, California and she sold her Georgia home for $4.2 million in January.
