Robert Kraft buys Palm Beach penthouse for $23.75M

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has purchased a Palm Beach penthouse for a cool $23.75 million.

The deal marks the priciest condo ever sold in the upscale South Florida town, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Made up of four bedrooms and 5.5 baths, the home measures some 5,000 square feet.

It’s also considered one of the few penthouses located directly on the beach.

The residence, located in the Levertt House-Palm Beach building, was initially listed at $26.5 million. It belonged to Erving Wolf, an oil and gas executive who died in 2018, and his wife, Joyce Wolf, who died this year.

“An extraordinary contemporary creation by one of the most highly regarded American architects, Maya Lin,” the listing notes.

Features include expansive ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows and a roughly 1,300-square-foot library with gallery walls — where the Wolfs kept their high-end art.

The Wolfs purchased the penthouse for $6 million in 2000 — or $10.58 million today.

Dana Koch of the Corcoran Group held the listing. Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate represented the buyer.

The Florida purchase comes more than a year after Kraft paid $43 million for a Southampton property. With a net worth of $10.6 billion, he also owns another property in Palm Beach — and has luxury homes in Boston, and other parts of the Hamptons.
