Olivia Flowers’ family honors her brother Conner after his death
“Southern Charm” star Olivia Flowers and her parents paid tribute to her brother Conner after he died at age 32 on Monday.
“Conner was a remarkable young man, with the gift of compassion and love for others, earning him friends everywhere he went,” the Flowers family said in a statement obtained by Page Six.
“His values were seeded in his faith and in his family. We know his absence will be felt by many for years to come.”
The family concluded their statement by requesting privacy “while we grieve the overwhelming loss of our son and brother.”
The Charleston Post & Courier shared his obituary on Thursday, as well.
“[Conner] grew up and became known by many as a full of life and a fun-loving friend, as well as an avid golfer,” the obituary read. “The family moved to Dallas, TX in 2006, where he enjoyed Dallas Mavericks basketball games, Cowboys football games, and developed his entrepreneurial spirit while making many new friends.”
The obituary explained that Conner moved back to Charleston and worked in real estate over the last few years.
The Flowers family requested donations in Conner’s name to lymedisease.org and pethelpers.org in lieu of flowers for the upcoming funeral services.
Conner passed away on Jan. 30 at his house located outside of Charleston, S.C., the Charleston County Coroner, Bobbi Jo O’Neal, said in a statement issued to Page Six on Thursday.
“The manner and cause of death are pending,” the statement read.
There will be a visitation on Saturday followed by a funeral service on Sunday in Mount Pleasant, S.C..
Olivia – who rose to fame after starring on Season 8 of the hit Bravo show – has not yet individually addressed her heartbreaking loss.
